Bracelet Making with I am OM
Kristin Fulla from I am OM will be at the studio leading a bracelet making workshop. These bracelets are beautiful and you will leave with products that look professionally made. We will also be serving up hot chocolate and Turmeric Almond Milk Lattes to complete the cozy vibe!

Lotus Moon Yoga - Hormone Yoga Therapy with Corinne McNally

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) for women is a natural and holistic method created by a Brazilian psychologist and Yoga therapist, Dinah Rodrigues. HYT is a dynamic form of Yoga Therapy, whereby the objective is to reactivate in a natural way the hormone production of the endocrine glands of women: ovaries, thyroid, pituitary gland and adrenals. HYT combines elements of classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Tibetan energy circulation techniques.
HYT consists of a special series of Dynamic Yoga exercises (asanas) to reactivate hormone production and, as a consequence, it eliminates most symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Asanas are accompanied by intense breathing techniques (pranayama), energetic level, concentration, visualization and relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Regular practice helps to harmonize the hormonal system and consequently eliminate the symptoms of low hormone levels.HYT exercises are very simple but dynamic and suitable for everyone.
No previous Yoga experience is needed.
Once you have learned and memorized the sequence/method, daily practice takes approximately 30 minutes.

Restorative Yoga with Lyssa

Through this practice, Lyssa will lead you through gentle, slow movements and long-held poses. The poses are supported by props to allow you to relax into them. As we transition into the colder season, consider joining us for this practice to give your body the space to unwind & restore.
Please bring:
-cozy, flexible clothing
-a large blanket (something you can cover your whole body with)
-a smaller hand towel or baby blanket (for making a neck roll)
-water or tea
-any other props of your own that you would like

Sound & Breath Journey with Tiffany Sparrow
Our Oct 2024 session with Tiffany was spectacular and we are aiming to have her back in Spring 2025!

Experience the powerful combination of embodied intentional sounds and conscious breath to bring you into resonance with yourself, transform negative emotions and connect with deep inner peace.
The session opens with chanting, grounding breath and drum bath sound to help you anchor, calm and reboot your nervous system. Then journey through energy centers with sound and breath to release, clear and connect. Conclude with metal and Crystal singing bowls to harmonize, replenish your system and integrate the experience.
Your guide is Tiffany Sparrow
Tiffany healed her mental health challenges with embodied sound and holds space for others from this lived experience and wisdom.
She is an accredited music therapist, sound healer, registered yoga teacher and is a seasoned musician, recording artist and healer. She has been writing music and offering sacred sound since 2008 and has studied with many notable teachers in the realm of sound healing and yoga including Yogrishi Vishveketu, Jonathan Goldman, John Stuart Reid. She has toured with Dave Stringer, Karnamrita Dasi, and performed with Jai Uttal, Shimshai and many others.
Tiffany is the founder of the Sparrow Sound Alchemy Academy which certifies sound practitioners and healers and helps people transform lives through embodied sound. She's honored to help people connect, heal their relationship with their body and soul and remember who they are.
